2. Purpose and activity
AURUM ASESORES JURIDICOS, S.L. is a company specializing in document management, administrative coordination and case file preparation in the legal field. Legal defense and representation in court are provided by associated, bar-registered, independent lawyers in active practice, through individual professional collaboration agreements.
AURUM's activity falls within the provision of services (arrendamiento de servicios) under the Spanish Código Civil, without the Company acting in any case as a law firm (despacho de abogados) or providing court representation and defense services, which are reserved to bar-registered lawyers under the Ley Orgánica 6/1985, del Poder Judicial (art. 542) and the Estatuto General de la Abogacía Española (Real Decreto 135/2021).
3. Terms of use
Access to and/or use of this website confers the status of user, who, from such access, accepts these general terms of use. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services that AURUM offers through its website.

6. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was withdrawn on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) No 524/2013). AURUM has not subscribed to any alternative dispute resolution system, nor is it obliged to submit to any specific body, except where legally required. The avenues available to consumers are detailed in the General Terms of Service.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid. If the Client has the status of consumer, the jurisdiction legally corresponding to the consumer shall be competent.
