The Company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as it does not fall within the cases under article 37 GDPR that require one. However, for any matter relating to the processing of your personal data, you may contact: privacidad@aurumjuridicos.es
2. Necessary and up-to-date information
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the website forms are mandatory. Omitting any of them may make it impossible to provide the requested services or information.

AURUM does not disclose personal data to third parties for their own purposes without the data subject's prior consent.
6. Exercise of your rights
We inform you that you may exercise the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data, to know which data are being processed and the operations carried out.
- Right to rectification of any inaccurate personal data.
- Right to erasure of your personal data, where this is possible.
- Right to request the restriction of the processing where the accuracy, lawfulness or necessity of the processing is in doubt.
- Right to data portability, where the legal basis is the contractual relationship or consent.
- Right to object to the processing, where the legal basis is legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.
For those processing activities whose legal basis is consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the prior processing.

If you consider that we have not processed your data appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
7. Modifications
AURUM reserves the right to modify this privacy policy in order to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments or to business practice. In the event of substantial modifications, users will be informed through the website with due advance notice.
8. Security measures
AURUM ASESORES JURIDICOS, S.L. adopts the security levels required by the GDPR appropriate to the nature of the data being processed. However, technical security on the Internet is not impregnable and malicious actions by third parties may occur, although the Company applies all the means at its disposal to prevent such actions.
AURUM uses WhatsApp Business as a channel for first contact and general communication. For the exchange of confidential documentation, only encrypted email or secure platforms designated by AURUM will be used.
9. Minors
Minors under 14 years of age may not use the services available through this website without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be solely responsible for all acts carried out through the Website by the minors in their care.
